[b]Credit Assistant[/b] The following duties will be included but not limited to: - Research Overpayments (2009 and going forward) - Determine if they were applied correctly - If not applied correctly, have them research and correct - If they are truly overpayments, follow the Standard Operating Procedure on returning the payments - Invoicing – updating the system - Send invoices, credit memos, debit memos, etc. - Process refunds - Research mis-applied payments - Pull check copies - Call and email customers for various questions / research topics - Managed various Excel spreadsheets and system notes - Follow up on returned mail by calling customer for new information and confirming correct invoicing methods - Assist in going through old files to send to storage - Assign accounts to collection agency - Filing - Releasing orders for Credit Analysts during breaks, lunches, days off REQUIREMENTS: - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proven record of accuracy with maintaining and managing data - Detail Oriented - Positive attitude - Team player [b]Help Desk Analyst[/b] This is an entry-level tactical position requiring excellent technical knowledge and hands-on experience in several technology areas coupled with strong professional verbal and written communications skills. Must work effectively standalone and as a contributing team member of a small IT operations group. Must possess strong technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively work with little direction on multiple tasks simultaneously as priorities change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. There are significant one-on-one interactions with end-users and management. Two plus years prior experience required in a technical support role responsible for deploying and supporting enterprise-class technologies. Key technologies include Microsoft desktop and server platforms (Windows XP Professional, Microsoft Office 2007, Windows Server 2003/2008, SQL Server 2005/2008, Exchange Server 2003, IIS 6.0, SharePoint 2007), VMware, NetApp SAN, Cisco LAN/WAN/WLAN/VPN networking, HP and Dell hardware (servers, workstations, laptops), Mitel 3300 VOIP phone system, and Motorola RF and tethered scanner technologies. Work shifts are 9-hour periods between the hours of 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM CST with a one hour meal break. As well, there are periodic rotations to provide “on call” after-hours support responding to system pages or urgent user support calls on a company-provided cell phone/PDA between the hours of 7 PM to 7:00 AM CST and on weekends. Full-time position. [b]Printer Specialist[/b] The Printer Specialist is a sales related and sales support role responsible for significant growth in SN’s staff knowledge, understanding and relevant opportunities of equipment in SN’s print management program CARBON SiX ® (C6). This role is HP centric, but not HP exclusive, and the ultimate impact expected is dramatic sales growth on the equipment side of C6. This is a newly created position. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES · Specifying equipment configuration for C6 opportunities. · Supports Professional Services Group (SN team that engages directly with the large end users on behalf of the dealer when the dealer does not possess the necessary skill set) team to drive equipment side of engagements increasing SN overall share of wallet in direct involvement accounts via product selection, big deal support from equipment manufacturers, model selection, and general awareness of competitive product’s strengths and weaknesses. · Prepare all data needed by Merchandising to submit for HP and other manufacturers big deal process to maximize price competitiveness · Review existing C6 contracts for potential device upgrades focusing on the replacement of legacy equipment. · Collect and provide dealers with all documents prepared to support device upgrade recommendations including HP big deal, end user contract modification, leasing rates if applicable, and other related documents to support dealer’s presentation to end user. · Maintain continual awareness of green initiatives as it relates to print devices including energy consumption and energy star rating of HP and other competitive devices. · Proactively communicate product pricing, positioning, key features and benefits, etc. to C6 dealer base and internal team to increase awareness and knowledge of the latest product portfolio. IDEAL EXPERIENCE · 4 year college degree required (business degree preferred) · 5+ years post graduate experience in related position. Related position includes but is not exclusive to: o End-user / consumer based sales presentations o Solution selling approach in the area of printers / copiers / hardware o Channel sales experience specifically with printers / copiers / hardware o Direct involvement in the sales of HP equipment · Strong marketing and solution selling background with specific product category (i.e., IT Consumables/office supplies) industry experience preferred. · Experience with a manufacturing company or wholesale distributor that distributes its products through multiple reseller channels. · Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multifunctional teams; strong interpersonal and judgment skills will be required to influence both internal and external teams. Capable of juggling multiple projects will be critical to success in this role. [b]Sales Rep[/b] Business-to-Business, Relationship Selling § Most contact and communication with our customers is handled over the phone. Our salespeople travel only occasionally to special industry and customer meetings. § Sales Representatives sell and service their defined territory with a great support team on hand to back them up. This is not dialing for dollars, telemarketing or taking endless inbound calls. It’s all about building trust and developing relationships with business owners; talking business and how to grow it with your customers; and, earning an excellent income when you apply your talents. Job Requirements Bachelors Degree or minimum 3 years work experience preferably within a sales or high customer service environment. Strong business acumen. Excellent computer skills. Communication skills, enthusiasm, discipline, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment |
