As you might know, the Club is participating in the Downtown St. Pat's Parade again this year. If you'd like to be IN THE PARADE, you can check out the details at the Calendar tab and contact Cherly Krumm.

If you don't want to put your car in the Parade, but would still like to participate, the Parade is always in need of volunteers to help on Parade Day. There are a variety of "jobs" available, including being part of my team, which maintains order on the Parade route from 9th to 12th Street (which includes the Review Stand). It's fun and easy work and there is a party immediately after the Parade for all volunteers as well as another party in April. Go to http://irishparade.org/parade/volunteers.html for more details and to sign up. If you want to be a part of my group, put "Singler" in Assignment First Choice. You have to attend one 2 hour training session (with adult beverages provided) prior to the Parade.

I've been involved in the Parade for almost 15 years and it's a lot of fun.

Hope to see you there (I'll be wearing a blue Parade Marshall jacket).

Someone has to toot this horn, so I might as well do so:

The St. Louis PCA group was voted the best motorized unit of this parade! :w00t:
